  • We provide EMS and DHL international shipping service,

    and you can choose one of them when you order.


    But due to DHL Prohibited Commodities, designer clothing,

    apparel, accessories over certain amount in value

    cannot be accepted for carriage by DHL.


    If merchandise is not allowed to shipped by shipping method

    that was chosen by customers, the shipping method can be changed.

    So we will not able to give you a refund for shipping fee difference.


    Please understand this situation.


  • The supplier has to send items in 3 buisiness days to Global lotte international shipping center.

    We will re-pack it and send it out internationally from there, it can take a few days for it.

    (It can be delayed due to center's situation.)

    Once the international shipping starts, it takes about 1~2 weeks on average.

    It may vary depending on your country.

    After the order, you can check delivery status in order check page.


  • Shipping fee is the sum of domestic and global and will be added to your final bill.

    Global shipping fee is calculated by the shipping method, destination, and shipping weight,

    which includes the product, protective packaging material and the actual shipping box.


  • Once you complete an order, your order information will be sent to your email immediately.      

    With your order number given in the information, you can check your order status and track your package. Tracking package can be done after shipping status is in Domestic Shipping.

  • Duties & Taxes are not included in the shopping total payment.

    Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country.

    Duty/Tax will be charged when you receive goods so please check Duty/Tax information before you purchase the goods.
