Return Your Item

Return
  • The return due to customer’s reasons can be done within 7 days after the arrival of the product.
  • If the return is due to product damage or wrong shipping, and in case of 7 days passed since the delivery,
    contact us by 1:1 inquiry. (For non-members, contact global@lotte.com.)
  • Sometimes it shows as “Delivery Complete” at “Order Status” although return is on progress.
  • All return must be first requested through My Lotte, then items must be sent back.
  • If your order is on domestic returning process, you cannot cancel it. Please notice once again.
To return an item you ordered
  1. 1. Go to My Lotte then click Cancel / Return.
  2. 2. Select item you want to return, then click “Return” button to put an request.
  3. 3. Select your claim reason and check your total return shipping fee.
  4. 4. Pay for your return fee, then your return request will be completed.
  5. 5. If you are requesting for a partial return, your return shipping fee will be paid after item return is completed.

    (By Shipping Status)
  • "Domestic Shipping"   -  means your package is sent to Kimpo Airport, but has not left Korea. If you want to request for a return in this status, you can request for a “Return(Domestic)”, but you will be charged for domestic shipping fee.
  • "International Shipping"   -   means your package has already left Korea. To request for a return in this status, you should wait for the delivery to be completed to start your request. You will be charged for International shipping fee. (By Claim Reason).

  • For returns due to change of mind, you will be charged for return shipping fees.
  • You can check total return shipping fee at My Lotte.
  • For returns due to product damage, wrong delivery and other defect reasons, you will not be charged for any additional
    shipping fee.
Two ways to return your products

To return your items, select one of the two returning ways below. In the case of you have found a damage or a wrong item delivered after recieving the item, please contact immediately to our 1:1 inquiry or global@lotte.com with taking a picture of your wrong item. Our staff will check your inquiry and inform you about progress of item return.

  1. 1. LOTTE.com pickup
    • - Your package will be picked-up by our delivery man.
    • - Within 7days after the request is made.
  2. 2. Customer return
    • - You can select your own shipping courier to return your package.
    • - Check returning address to send your items directly to LOTTE.com’s logistics center.
         Returning Shipping fee must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping courier.

Refund

Refund after order cancellation
  • Card approval cancellation : If you cancel your card before purchase info is sent, card cancellation is made within the day.
  • Card purchase cancellation : If you cancel your card after purchase info is sent, card cancellation will take about 1-2 days to
    process the cancellation.
  • The cancellation time differ by the card company and you can check through contacting the card company.
  • Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your
    original order.
Refund after a Return
    If the returned product arrives, return is completed and the refund process will be proceeded.
  • When returning is finished, refunding will start on the day, and it will take 2 ~ 5 days depending on the settlement means.
  • If refunding process does not start even five days after the returning is finished, please, ask us by 1:1 inquiry.
  • Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Compensatory Payment for the Delay of a Refund
  • When a refund is delayed, you can request a compensation for the delay in accordance with the E-commerce Law. When there is a delay, inquire through 1:1 Inquiry, and we will pay the compensation after checking whether you meet the requirements for it.
  • The cases in which you may ask for compensation
    • - Three work days have passed with a product not supplied due to a reason LOTTE.com is responsible for.
    • - Three work days have passed without refunding since LOTTE.com received a returned product.
  • Standard for the compensation for the delay of a refund
    • - Compensation is paid in accordance with Article 18 of the E-commerce Law
        (across-the-board yearly interest rate being 20%)
